Can I alter my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If you contact us before shipping has commenced, typically between four and 24 hours, we are able to help you make changes. Email us to cancel your original order and then reorder your purchase to your new requirements.

How much does the shipping cost?

All shipping charges are included in the cost of purchase. You will only pay the price that is advertised.

I think I have given the wrong delivery address, can I change it?

We are able to make changes to addresses up until the order is processed to ship which usually occurs within 24 hours. We regret that once shipment occurs, you will need to follow the refund procedure.

Can I use promotional codes or obtain special discounts?

We don’t currently offer promotional codes as we aim to always keep our prices at the lowest levels.

Do you offer gift wrapping services?

Unfortunately, we do not yet support this service.

Am I able to purchase gift cards for my special one?

We do not offer gift cards and suggest that you make your gift choice from our vast selection of pleasure goods.

Do you offer veterans or students discounts?

Unfortunately, we do not offer discounts to veterans or students.

How do I remove or change the quantity of an item in my basket?

Go to your cart and change the number of your items through the selector in the cart page.

We can deliver everywhere throughout the UK and the EU.

Do I need to pay extra for delivery?

No, your delivery fee is already included in the final charge.

My order hasn't arrived on time, what can I do?

If your package has not arrived within 14 days, please contact us and we will trace the source of the problem.

Returns and Refunds

What do I do if I receive a faulty item?

Please send us an email detailing the flaw with pictures and/or video wherever possible to display the problem. Once we have assessed your case, we will arrange a time for our courier service to collect the faulty product.We will either replace the item or refund the entire amount according to availability and your preference.

I have received the wrong item, what should I do?

Please inform us via email and we can arrange a pickup time for the incorrect item. Your order will either be reprocessed or refunded according to your request.

What is your returns procedure?

How do obtain a refund for a product that I do not want?

Please inform us at our email address with your reasons and pictures and we will assess your case. Refer to the refund policy page for more information.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Refunds are granted within 2 weeks of us confirming receipt of your unwanted delivery. Please inform us if you have applied and are still awaiting credit after two weeks from sending the item.

How will my refund be processed?

You will receive your refund as a return on the card that you chose to purchase it.
