Returns and Refunds
Please send us an email detailing the flaw with pictures and/or video wherever possible to display the problem. Once we have assessed your case, we will arrange a time for our courier service to collect the faulty product.We will either replace the item or refund the entire amount according to availability and your preference.
Please inform us via email and we can arrange a pickup time for the incorrect item. Your order will either be reprocessed or refunded according to your request.

Refunds are granted within 2 weeks of us confirming receipt of your unwanted delivery. Please inform us if you have applied and are still awaiting credit after two weeks from sending the item.
You will receive your refund as a return on the card that you chose to purchase it.
